Branson, MO - The Central Pro-Am Tournament Association (CPAA), with headquarters in Branson, has published the “2009 Skeeter-Yamaha Central Pro-Am Bass Tournamen Schedule" for its Pro-Am and Buddy bass tournaments. Jim Thompson, CPAA owner, said, “To better serve the needs of the fisherman, the tournament format has been changed from the straight two day Pro-Am tournament to two one day events, a Pro-Am Tournament on Saturday followed by a Buddy (Team) event on Sunday.”
Thompson said that all participants must be a member of CPAA and pay the required tournament entry fees. For the Pro-Am Tournaments the entry fees are $200.00 for the professional angler and $150.00 for the amateur angler. In the Buddy Tournaments there is a flat $150.00 fee that covers both anglers in the boat.
The schedule consists of a series of seven tournaments and a separate championship for the Pro-Am and Buddy tournaments. The format used for the schedule is Date, Lake, Type, and Tournament Headquarters:

Each championship for the “2009 Skeeter-Yamaha Central Pro-Am Schedule” will be a two day event. The Buddy Tournament Championship will be held Sept. 12-13 on Stockton Lake and will be headquartered at Orleans Trail. The Pro-Am Championship will be held Oct. 3-4 on Bull Shoals Lake and will be headquartered at Bull Shoals Boat Dock.
Thompson stated that, in addition to the “2009 Skeeter-Yamaha Central Pro-Am Schedule” tournaments, he is excited to announce that Skeeter Boats and Yamaha motors, in conjunction with CPAA, is sponsoring a series of three Buddy Tournaments called the “Skeeter Tour Missouri Division. ” This series of tournaments will have a $10,000 first place guarantee no matter how manyteams enter the tournament. Eash participant in the Skeeter Tour Missouri Division tournaments must be a member of the CPAA and each team must pay an entry fee of $200.00 that covers both anglers in the boat. Thompson stressed that participants do not have to own or use a Skeeter boat or Yamaha motor to participate in the tournaments. The “Skeeter Tour Missouri Division” schedule is:
